We will respond by sending you the required information and an initial quotation. Together we can then review and refine this quotation, and make all the necessary amendments until you are completely satisfied with our proposal.
We then put a provisional itinerary in place for you and ask you to fill out our RESERVATION FORM - click on the underlined link to see an example of this form.
Finally we invoice you, and on receipt of payment we proceed to confirm all the reservations on the provisional itinerary. And you'll be ready to travel!
